Hot Stuff


Here is the recipe for our appetizer:

Texas Caviar

Sauce

¼ C. red wine vinegar

¼ C. Lime juice

½ C. Canola Oil

1 t. Cumin

½ C. Cilantro

¼ t. cayenne

Salt and Pepper


Marinate with:

2 C. black beans

2. C. corn

1 lg. Jicama -chopped small

1 red bell pepper-chopped small

1 red onion-chopped small

1 pint of cherry tomatoes / halved

or chopped regular tomatoes

Everyone loves this and will eat a lot more than you would think. Also it is better if you let it soak a little while
